Hallos Eve

Hallos Eve, Or just Eve.
back when she was younger and pregnant...she wasn't quite as much of a bitch.

anyway, she's real fun to draw all dressed up like that.

Hallo's wife had just died at the time she was pregnant, which made her more happy since she's always had an obsession with Hallo. Though he pushes her away, being the forceful person she is, she won't stop clinging to him. She's probably about as Evil as you can get without being considered soulless.

oh and btw, she's a werewolf slightly younger then time because she made a contract with the powers that be, to hold a job, and she just happened to point out that no where in the contract did it say she was supposed to die, or that she would age.
since then the powers the be have been more careful about writing contracts and including that.
